A smooth and rich Paté cooked with garlic and brandy served with a blackcurrant and onion chutney, Melba toast, Cumberland sauce, dressed petit salad and crostinis.


Curried Spiced Vegetable Parcels(V)
Filo pastry parcels filled sweet potato, lentils, cauliflower, onions, mushrooms and eastern spices. Served on a bed of leaves with a minted yoghurt dressing.

Three Little Pigs - (Chorizo,Bacon,Cumberland)
Chorizo wrapped Cumberland sausage, on a bed of mushy pea, bacon and lancashire cheese mashed potato Served with a creamy tomato sauce.

Home-made Cream of Broccoli, Cauliflower and Stilton Soup

Rosette of A Duo of Melon
Galia and Cantelope melon served with a fresh mixed fruit topped with a Cinnamon sabayon and a port and red wine syrup.

Deep Fried Brie
A wedge of brie wrapped in filo pastry and deep fried and served with a cherry tomato salad and a spiced minted pear compote.

Beef Patties
Minced fillet and sirloin steak with chilli, ginger, lemon grass, Chinese five spice. Simply grilled and served on a petit salad with sweet chilli mayonnaise.

A pan fried fillet of Salmon, served on a bed of wholegrain mustard mashed potato. With a white wine and chive sauce.
